I love pizza hut! This one is disgusting!!!! I've eaten there 5 times and it keeps getting worse! Last time we dinned in and waited over an hour for our food. When I asked where our pizza was they said they hadn't even started it yet because they were busy. From now on I'm going to bentonville for pizza hut! This one needs to shut down!

Well I've been working at this location for a little over a month and a half now. With that said, I'm also working on taking over this particular store! I've seen a tremendous effort by my team, and I personally am impressed by their willingness to improve. Ah improvement, there's plenty of room for it everywhere you go! In that case we've ultimately improved our speed of service by great bounds, Id like to believe. So give us a try and we will generally have an order of 5 or less pizzas ready in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Also! Here's a fact, about 90% (conservatively) of our deliveries make it to their destinations well before 39 minutes. So give us a try and see for yourself!

The survise is awful. I was trying to call in a order someone answered after the phone rang for 5 mins and then hung up. I called again three more times which rang for 10 minutes and was hung up on each time.

Never gets orders right. I was told they didn't get my order due to a "networking" issue. (That's really a vague statement) then I wait for my order and they managed to mess that up. Like really?! How can you mess up twice on the same order.
